Anxiety can be so sneaky.
This morning started like any other morning, I got up, made my smoothie, sat down to write. As I drank my smoothie, I contemplated what to write about. Nothing came, so I did a little reading instead. When I was done, I went to the kitchen to do a little tidying up. Instead, as I walked through the door into the kitchen, it was as if I stepped into another world — anxiety world. I felt my mind and body reel. I quickly filled up a big cup of water, grabbed my phone, and walked unsteadily to the couch, where I am now laying and listening to music that calms me, and writing this.
